Ed joined us from Durham University in 2022, initially as part of an industrial placement year. Having graduated in the summer of 2024, he is now working as a Senior Associate in the Private Client team, while completing the final stages of his Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.

During his first two years with us, Ed has been a trusted advisor on a wide range of subjects, including residence and domicile, inheritance tax planning, succession, family governance and tax-efficient company restructurings. His deep understanding of compliance is evident, and he finds real fulfilment in collaborating closely with individuals and trustees, ensuring alignment with HMRC’s requirements.

Before university, Ed gained valuable experience at a top-tier firm. Now, at Sanctoras, he finds great satisfaction in working closely with clients and their professional advisors while continually refining his technical expertise.
