We assist clients preparing for audits in both the UK and UAE, including Free Zone reporting, group consolidation audits, and owner-managed business reviews. Our role is to ensure readiness by reconciling key balances, managing schedules and addressing issues before they become audit points.

We also support assurance work where a full audit isn’t required, including agreed-upon procedures, special purpose reports and internal control reviews. Where a UAE audit is required for licence renewal or banking purposes, we manage the full process from engagement to delivery.
